Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and responsible Dishwasher to join our team at Auntie Xita Temple City. This role is an important part of our back-of-house operations, support smooth kitchen operations, cleanliness, efficiency, and overall restaurant service.

Start Date:

Upon onboarding completion. All required pre-employment notices and documents will be provided at or before the start date, as required by law. Key Responsibilities Wash, rinse, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, kitchen tools, and equipment according to health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, kitchen, prep areas, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces. Sweep, mop, clean, and sanitize floors and work areas regularly throughout the shift. Take out trash, recyclables, and food waste in a timely, safe, and hygienic manner. Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools in the proper areas. Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning, restocking, and organizing duties as needed. Follow food safety, sanitation, cleaning procedures, safety rules, SOPs, and company policies. Support opening, closing, and deep cleaning duties to ensure the restaurant is clean and ready for service. Be punctual, reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Qualifications Previous kitchen, prep cook, line cook, or food service experience. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn and take direction from kitchen supervisors and chefs. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow instructions, sanitation standards, safety procedures, and company policies. Strong team communication and coordination skills. Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and changing schedules as needed. Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, carry, and work in refrigerated or cold prep areas for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
