KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc. Cleaning a large number of dishes from catered events and kitchen prep. Loading/unloading and storing deliveries and catering vans. Sweeping and mopping floors. Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans. Commitment to all-around cleanliness, including dishwashing and dish storage areas. Willingness to follow sanitation and safety policies at all times. Basic janitorial skills to clean up spills, broken glassware, etc. immediately. Willingness to report any sanitation or janitorial issues to management.

Requirements:

REQUIRED SKILLS

Kitchen professionalism Possess a positive attitude Organized, fast, and efficient Able to read and communicate in English Familiar with general kitchen equipment and appliances Food Handler's Certificate required

PHYSICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Must be comfortable standing long hours and lifting up to 40 pounds as well as team lifting up to 60 pounds.

Experience:
