Responsibilities Clear and bus tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area for guests. Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed, supporting the culinary team in meal assembly or ingredient setup. Support catering and banquet events by providing timely bussing and cleaning services to ensure smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and dining areas through regular cleaning routines, including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure prompt service and uphold high standards of hospitality. Skills Strong knowledge of food service operations, including bussing, cleaning, and basic food preparation. Experience in restaurant or hotel environments is preferred; familiarity with catering or banquet settings is a plus. Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling protocols. Excellent cleaning skills with attention to detail to maintain hygiene standards. Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
