Key Responsibilities Clean and Sanitize:

Operate industrial dishwashers and hand-wash delicate glassware, specialized sushi platters, and kitchen prep equipment.

Maintain Standards:

Ensure all dishes, utensils, and workstations meet high-level health and safety sanitation standards.

Organization:

Efficiently sort and store clean equipment in designated areas to support seamless kitchen flow.

Support Team:

Assist with light kitchen prep, waste removal, and maintaining the cleanliness of floors and loading areas as needed.

Safety:

Handle chemicals and cleaning supplies safely according to SDS guidelines.

Qualifications Experience:

Previous experience in a high-volume or fine-dining restaurant is preferred but not required. We are willing to train candidates with the right attitude.

Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Reliability:

Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential for our team-oriented environment.
