Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and support our culinary team in delivering top-notch service. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hospitality experience while working in a lively, fast-paced environment. Hours range from 7am to 3pm or 5pm to 2am depending on the day or shift could be a little but earlier or later. There is cash tips daily as well. Duties Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a steady flow of service during busy hours Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently using proper cleaning techniques Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies and basic plating support when needed Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Support catering and banquet setups by transporting dishes and assisting with event cleanup Handle food handling responsibilities safely in accordance with health regulations Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to perform cleaning duties thoroughly and efficiently Prior kitchen or culinary experience, including basic cooking skills, is a plus Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced setting Hospitality background or hotel experience can enhance your ability to deliver exceptional service Flexibility to assist with bussing, food preparation, and catering tasks as needed Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable dining moments!
