Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher/Busser, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. Your energetic support ensures that our kitchen and dining areas operate smoothly, allowing our culinary team to deliver exceptional service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in food service, hospitality, and restaurant operations while contributing to a lively and positive atmosphere. Responsibilities Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with bussing tables by clearing plates, silverware, and glassware promptly and courteously Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup for service Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal to ensure a tidy environment Aid in catering and banquet setups by organizing tables, linens, and serving ware for events Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth restaurant operations during busy periods Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is valued Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and sanitation standards Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling protocols Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues in fast-paced settings Excellent communication skills for interacting courteously with team members and guests Familiarity with catering or banquet experience is a plus but not mandatory Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently under pressure Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
