Your energetic approach will ensure that dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are spotless and ready for use, supporting our culinary staff in delivering exceptional food experiences. Responsibilities Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools to uphold health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to ensure a safe working environment Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and cleaning workstations Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage dish flow during busy periods, ensuring timely turnaround of items Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene compliance Help with general cleaning duties across the kitchen and dining areas to maintain a welcoming atmosphere Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and food safety standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency Strong attention to detail when handling dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting culinary operations Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation practices is a plus Previous banquet or catering experience is advantageous but not required Join us as a Dishwasher and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-notch hospitality experiences!
