You will be responsible for ensuring all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools promptly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, sinks, dishwashing machines, and storage areas Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste and recyclables in accordance with health regulations Support catering and banquet setups by providing clean serving ware and assisting with dish organization Follow safety procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and operating dishwashing equipment Collaborate with kitchen staff to uphold cleanliness standards during busy service hours Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary operations Basic understanding of kitchen operations including bussing, food preparation, serving, and catering is a plus Hospitality or hotel experience can be advantageous but is not mandatory Join us as a Dishwasher and become an integral part of delivering exceptional dining experiences!
