Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen environment. This energetic position ensures that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, supporting the seamless operation of our food service team. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to uphold health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies and handling ingredients as directed by kitchen staff Support with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to promote a clean and inviting environment Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene compliance across all tasks Help with light cleaning duties throughout the kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors Collaborate with culinary team members during busy service periods, including catering or banquet events Skills Strong understanding of food handling safety and sanitation practices Experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, including dishwashing equipment and cleaning supplies Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous roles within hospitality or hotel settings This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build their culinary foundation while contributing to a vibrant hospitality environment.
