Support catering and banquet events by preparing food items and ensuring timely setup and cleanup. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines. Support the serving staff by bussing tables and ensuring dining areas are tidy and welcoming. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service times. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices. Experience with food preparation, catering, or banquet settings is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending comfortably. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary operations. Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and kitchen safety protocols. Enthusiasm for learning culinary skills and contributing to a lively hospitality environment.
