Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste properly Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies and basic ingredient handling when needed.
