This is a vital role in keeping our operation running smoothly — a clean kitchen is the backbone of everything we do. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans efficiently and thoroughly Maintain cleanliness of the dish area, kitchen floors, and work stations throughout the shift Unload and properly store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks as needed Take out trash and maintain sanitation standards throughout the kitchen Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations Communicate with kitchen team to ensure a steady flow of clean dishes during service
