This position includes dishwashing, kitchen prep, rice preparation, cleaning, and helping keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy hours. We are looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, stays organized, and takes pride in keeping a clean and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities:

Washing dishes, utensils, pans, and kitchen equipment Preparing rice and basic food prep tasks Assisting with vegetable prep and kitchen organization Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, prep areas, and back of house Taking out trash and keeping workstations clean and stocked Supporting the front and back of house team as needed Following food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not required Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work quickly and stay organized during busy shifts Able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight Positive attitude and team player mentality Must be dependable and punctual We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our team and help us maintain high standards in both cleanliness and food quality.
