In this role, you will be essential in keeping our kitchen and dining areas clean, organized, and running smoothly. Your efforts will help ensure that food service operations are efficient and that our guests enjoy a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, and eager to support the team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently. Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to support smooth service flow. Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and setup. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas in compliance with health standards. Help with catering or banquet setups to ensure timely and organized service during events. Follow all safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and food handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling, and sanitation standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed. Basic understanding of kitchen operations such as bussing, food prep, or catering is beneficial. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills related to culinary support and hospitality.
