Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly to meet high standards of cleanliness. Assist with food preparation tasks such as basic chopping or ingredient handling when needed. Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use. Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow during busy service times. Assist with bussing tables or clearing dining areas during peak hours to support overall restaurant operations.

• Wash all plate ware, pots pans and cooking utensils for the restaurant while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Maintains a clean kitchen clean / dry floors throughout the kitchen.
• Work well as a member of a team in order to provide excellent service.
• Be flexible and willing to perform some minor food preparation tasks along with dishwashing duties.
• Change water of sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set Miami's Best Pizza.
• Maintains trash cans throughout shop and removes full trashcans and boxes as needed
• Perform regular maintenance activities such as cleaning restrooms, floors, walls and surface areas
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special maintenance projects.

Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with basic cleaning procedures and food handling standards is advantageous. Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in a hospitality setting.
