BOH JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities Works well in a team environment, able to communicate and work well with coworkers Knowledge of how to operate dish machine and triple sink Ability to work quickly and efficiently to keep pots, pans, dishes, etc cleaned and stocked Maintain cleanliness of station/kitchen line throughout operation- clean as you go Support line cooks and prep cooks in making sure all utensils, equipment and smallwares are sanitized and where they belong Assist in taking out trash and keeping area clean Job Requirements Be able to stand and work on your feet for 6 hours or more Have a reliable method of getting to work on time for all scheduled shifts Able to communicate with other cooks and wait staff Good verbal communication skills Ability to multi task and work well in high volume Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment Perform other related duties including trash, sweeping, maintaining cleanliness, organization, etc. Additional Expectations Maintain product and brand knowledge Present yourself in a professional manner Consistently come to work with a positive attitude Works cooperatively and respectfully with both BOH and FOH employees to ensure guest satisfaction Work well as a team to provide excellent service We ask for commitment from our Crew in order to maintain a positive, safe, team oriented work environment.

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
