Sunday Night Dishwasher/Busser

About us We are a wine bar and BBQ restaurant located in a popular area of Gulfport. We work hard and work as a team, helping out other team members wherever needed when we can! Due to smoking meats, pans do need to be carefully scrubbed to remove grease build up and may be a little more labor intensive than many regular kitchens. Pay based on experience.

• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Busser to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

• Duties:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Support kitchen staff as needed.

• Experience:

• Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in bussing tables is a plus.
• Hospitality experience is beneficial.
