Duties Efficiently clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high sanitation standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing ingredients and setting up stations for service or catering events. Clear tables promptly after guests finish dining, ensuring a tidy and inviting space for new guests. Support banquet and catering setups by transporting dishes, utensils, and supplies to designated areas. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations through regular sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal. Help with food handling duties under proper safety guidelines to support the culinary team's workflow. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy hours. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Familiarity with basic cleaning procedures, food handling safety standards, and kitchen operations is a plus. Experience working in banquet settings or catering events enhances your ability to adapt quickly in diverse hospitality environments. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for thriving in our energetic setting. Prior hospitality or hotel experience can be advantageous but is not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn above all.
