Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic hospitality team! This is a Part Time position - primarily, Friday/Saturday/Sunday evenings. Immediately Hiring! Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques. Organize clean items for storage or immediate use to facilitate smooth kitchen operations. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as bussing tables or handling simple ingredients under supervision. Support catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is spotless and ready for service. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas, sinks, floors, and surrounding workspaces to meet health and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishware during busy service periods. Follow food handling procedures diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key! Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy loads of dishes or supplies. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards. Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary operations. Basic familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation processes is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
