Job Description
We are seeking a Dishwasher/Prep Cook for an upscale restaurant attached to a private yacht club. We are open Tuesday
- Saturday with occasional Sundays for holidays and NFL season. We rarely close any later than 10:00 pm, this is primarily a daytime and evening position. Weekly hours range between 15-30 depending on events that week. During the winter season it is full time with occasional overtime. Responsibilities
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized, report any issues right away to the general manager or office
- Abide by all health and safety laws, ensure we are in compliance for health inspections
- Work with our chef to efficiently prepare orders and clean after
Requirements:
- Professional kitchen experience
- English fluency
- A friendly attitude. As a private club we see the same folks week after week and have a small staff, so building positive relationships and implementing feedback is a must
- Show up neat, clean and on time
- A social security card and photo ID, or a passport (required by our payroll company)
