Dishwasher

Position- Dishwasher The Smyrna Yacht Club is seeking a Dishwasher to join our kitchen staff and help maintain cleanliness in our Club restaurant. This is a vital role that ensures a smooth operation of our dining services and a positive experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

Collecting dishes, plates, utensils, and glassware from dining areas. Loading and unloading the dishwashing machines efficiently and safely. Handwashing glassware when necessary. Perform opening, closing, and side work. Ensuring all items are cleaned, sanitized, and stacked properly for storage or reuse. Keeping the dishwashing area clean and organized, adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Assisting with the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and restaurant as needed. Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role is preferred, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
