Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, or portioning items under supervision. Maintain a clean and organized work area by regularly sanitizing surfaces, sinks, and storage spaces. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Knowledge of basic food handling practices and sanitation standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy loads or bending. Strong attention to detail when cleaning dishes and maintaining hygiene standards. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
