Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff Support bussing duties by clearing tables and transporting dirty dishes to the dishwashing area Aid in cleaning kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to uphold a hygienic environment Collaborate with culinary team members during busy service times to ensure smooth workflow Follow proper food handling procedures and safety protocols at all times to prevent contamination Assist with banquet setups or catering events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
