Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning techniques. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is in good working order. Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables, organizing supplies, and supporting catering or banquet setups when needed. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Support the cleaning of kitchen floors, surfaces, and storage areas to uphold sanitation standards. Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes for service periods. Contribute to a positive team environment by maintaining a professional attitude and adhering to safety protocols. Skills Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with catering or banquet setups is a plus. Strong organizational skills for managing supplies and maintaining cleanliness. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary operations.
