Shifts:

5pm-1am Duties Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and free of clutter Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and handling basic food items when needed Support catering events and banquet setups by providing clean dishware and assisting with cleanup afterward Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure safety standards are met Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service periods Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and organization Experience with bussing tables, basic food preparation, or banquet service is a plus Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude in fast-paced settings Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication keeps our kitchens running smoothly!
