Other duties may be assigned. 1. Washes dishes, glassware, flatware, pots or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.

• 2. Places clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• 3. Stocks supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars. Retrieves or place goods from/into storage.
• 4. Adheres to a daily prep list, formed by your supervisor.
• 5. Sweeps or scrubs floors.
• 6. Keeps Providence Living residents, families and guests are our associates' as number one priority.
• 7. Maintains HACCP regulation standards, physically, and in kitchen tracking paperwork.
• 8. Safety is an important part of the Providence Living culture, as such, all policies and procedures for workplace safety must be observed while on property.
• 9. Keeps refuse area clean and clear of debris.
• 10. Cleans garbage cans with water or steam. Sorts and removes trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• 11. Performs a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking.
• 12. Meets all health requirements, and passes background checks.
• 13. Leads by example exhibiting the core values through individual leadership.
• 14. Workstations must be checked by leadership before exiting shift.
• 15. Arrives to workstation daily with proper dress code at designated time.

Stays aware of hot foods coming by, and takes safety precautions when this occurs. 17. A weekly cleaning list will be given to utility workers to complete. 18. Wet refuse room is to be used only when Culinary Director has given permission. 19. Kitchen responsibilities will vary according to needs of our operation, you are expected to team play in all situations.
