Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to meet health standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and organizing supplies to support kitchen efficiency Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all dishware and serving items are properly cleaned and ready for service Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing areas, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely turnover of clean items during busy service hours Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure safety compliance Assist with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold hygiene standards Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, especially in food service or kitchen roles Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices Experience with banquet or catering environments is a plus Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Basic understanding of food preparation and serving processes is advantageous Willingness to support various kitchen tasks such as bussing, food prep, and light cooking as needed Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality by ensuring our dining environment remains pristine!
