Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools promptly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and organized workspace. Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations. Support catering and banquet events by providing timely dishwashing and cleanup services. Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service during busy periods. Adhere to all safety protocols and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and guests. Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen setting. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail when cleaning dishes, equipment, and work areas. Basic understanding of food handling safety practices. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Prior experience with catering, banquet service, or hotel kitchens is a plus.
