Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools to meet health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or assembling ingredients when needed Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware and equipment are clean and ready for service Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service operations during busy periods Contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting any hazards or maintenance needs Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are valued highly Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cleaning techniques is beneficial Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably Knowledge of food handling safety standards helps ensure compliance with health regulations Embrace this opportunity to be an essential part of our hospitality team!
