The Dishwasher will maintain the kitchen and all equipment in a sanitary condition. All duties will be performed within the guidelines of the St. Petersburg Yacht Club policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and objectives. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent) and some experience cleaning kitchens. The benefits listed below are dependent on number of hours worked. Responsibilities Loads dishwasher with dirty dishes as needed Ensures that the dishwasher machine is cleaning properly Maintains a clean workstation at all times Ensures that the dishes are clean and sanitized Sweeps and mops kitchen and cleans walls as needed Cleans pots and pans Supports the cooks during busy operation periods Follows all company policies, procedures, and standards regarding job duties, attendance, personal appearance and demeanor, etc. Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must have experience cleaning kitchens Must be a hard worker Must be able to speak and hear, use close and distance vision, and identify and distinguish colors Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed Company Description The St. Petersburg Yacht Club is a private, members-only club that is internationally known for providing the highest quality service to our members and visiting guests since the early 1900s.
