Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and handling basic food items when needed Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Follow food handling and safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene standards are met Collaborate with kitchen staff to organize supplies and maintain an efficient workflow Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal to uphold a spotless work environment Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with kitchen operations such as bussing, food preparation, and basic cooking is a plus Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting culinary staff and hospitality teams Basic understanding of cleanliness protocols related to kitchen equipment and dining areas Join us in creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring our kitchens operate smoothly through your dedication to cleanliness and support.
