Overview Join our vibrant team as a Dishwasher/Food Prep specialist, where your energy and attention to detail will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients for service or catering events Maintain cleanliness of workstations, food prep areas, and storage spaces in compliance with health and safety regulations Help with catering setup and cleanup for banquet or special events, ensuring timely and organized service Handle food items safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards Contribute to overall kitchen organization by restocking supplies and ensuring equipment is properly maintained Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is highly desirable Familiarity with basic food preparation techniques and kitchen operations Experience working with food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards Knowledge of cleaning procedures for commercial kitchens and dishwashing equipment Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is valued highly This role offers an energetic environment where your contributions directly impact the quality of our guests' experience.
