Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, including sinks, counters, and dish racks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or assembling ingredients when needed to support the culinary team. Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and ensuring dining areas remain tidy throughout service hours. Help with catering and banquet setups by organizing serving ware and ensuring all items are clean and ready for use. Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety standards are met. Collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline workflow during busy periods and maintain a positive team environment. Skills Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards in food service environments. Experience with food handling, basic food preparation, or kitchen operations preferred. Knowledge of restaurant or hotel experience is advantageous; familiarity with catering or banquet settings is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
