Emelina is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. We are a small, chef-driven restaurant where every plate, glass, and piece of serviceware plays an important role in the guest experience. This is not a high-volume dish pit with racks of standard equipment—our collection includes delicate glassware, fine china, and carefully selected pieces that require patience, attention, and care. We're seeking someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of consistency, and enjoys being an essential part of a close-knit team. What You'll Do Wash and polish dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen equipment Handle delicate and specialty items with exceptional care Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dish area Support the kitchen and dining room teams throughout service Assist with general cleaning and closing duties Help ensure the restaurant is always prepared for service What We're Looking For Reliability and a strong work ethic Attention to detail and pride in a job well done Ability to work efficiently while maintaining care and precision Respect for delicate and valuable restaurant equipment Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team Previous restaurant experience is welcome but not required Why Join Emelina?
