All this leading to both you and our customers leaving Egg Harbor every day feeling fulfilled, accomplished, and excited to return tomorrow. Shifts start and end early, so you'll never work at night. Scheduling is generally flexible if you understand that our busiest days are on the weekends and holidays. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Our dishwashers shine from behind the scenes ensuring that dishes, glassware and silverware are cleaned, sanitized and organized to keep our restaurants running smoothly. Additional tasks our dishwashers are responsible for (but not limited to): Take on janitorial and supportive kitchen tasks, such as emptying trash receptacles, cleaning appliances, sweeping, and mopping floors, restocking kitchen items. Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly conditions. Clean garbage cans and floor mats with water or steam. Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas. Maintain and take care of dish machine. Understand good sanitation practices when it comes to health department and Hamco standards.
