Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness of all food prep areas, including counters, sinks, and storage spaces, adhering to health regulations. Support catering events and banquet setups by organizing supplies and helping with food service logistics. Buss tables during service hours to ensure a clean dining environment for guests. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality in all food-related tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service delivery. Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety standards, and basic kitchen operations. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency. Experience with catering or banquet setups is a plus; familiarity with food preparation techniques is desirable. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude focused on delivering excellent guest experiences. Basic understanding of culinary practices or hotel kitchen operations is advantageous but not required.
