Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher/Food Prep professional, where your energy and attention to detail will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficient food preparation. Duties Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and ensuring dining areas are tidy and welcoming Help with catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and assisting with food staging Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality in all food-related activities Contribute to overall kitchen cleanliness through regular cleaning of workstations, floors, and storage areas Assist in basic cooking tasks under supervision to gain culinary experience and support meal service Skills Strong understanding of food service operations, including bussing, food prep, and cleaning protocols Experience in restaurant or hotel environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting with a positive attitude Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately Basic culinary skills such as chopping, portioning, or simple cooking techniques are a plus Prior banquet or catering experience is advantageous but not required Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to learn culinary skills, and ready to contribute to a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
