Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a efficient Dishwasher/Busser. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining area. This position requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Bus tables promptly after guests leave, clearing dishes and resetting tables for the next guests. Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Skills Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and kitchen operations.
