Support the catering and banquet teams by providing clean dishware and assisting with setup or breakdown of service areas. Ensure proper handling and storage of all kitchen items to prevent cross-contamination and uphold food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage dish flow during busy service periods, ensuring timely turnaround of clean items. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines diligently to maintain compliance with local regulations. Skills Proven experience in food handling, cleaning, or kitchen support roles within restaurants, hotels, or catering environments. Familiarity with food preparation processes and basic culinary procedures. Experience with bussing tables and supporting food service operations in fast-paced settings.
