Duties Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and maintaining organized workstations Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and service stations through regular cleaning routines Buss tables by clearing dishes and resetting tables efficiently during service hours Follow proper food service procedures to assist in delivering excellent hospitality experiences Requirements Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, especially in food service or catering environments Familiarity with food handling, sanitation standards, and kitchen safety protocols Experience with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, or basic cooking skills is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting and bending comfortably Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to support a busy kitchen environment Knowledge of banquet or hotel food service operations is advantageous Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by supporting our culinary team with energy, efficiency, and enthusiasm!
