- Flexible Schedule Hearth Pizza Tavern is seeking dependable and hardworking Dishwashers to join our kitchen team.
This position plays a critical role in keeping the kitchen running efficiently by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant. We're looking for energetic, dependable team members to join our Back-of-House Team. We are looking for dependable, hardworking kitchen professionals who can execute consistently while maintaining quality, speed, cleanliness, and teamwork. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the dish area Assist with trash removal and recycling Sweep, mop, and maintain clean kitchen floors Organize clean dishes and kitchen equipment for service Support kitchen staff with cleaning and organizational tasks Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Previous dishwasher or restaurant experience is helpful but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 pounds
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
Nights and weekends are required Holiday availability required Flexible schedule preferred
