KITCHEN STAFF DUTIES
- Food prep
- Plating dishes and ramen bowls
- Basic knife skills
- Assists with occasional cleaning of other restaurant areas as necessary
- Maintains kitchen equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Able to lift 30-40lbs
REQUIREMENTS
- Japanese or Asian cuisine experience preferred
- Able to work in a VERY fast-paced environment
- Be on time
- Flexible, positive attitude and with good communication skills
