Duties Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all tools are organized and ready for use. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and prep work. Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and available. Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards. Clear tables and bussing areas to facilitate smooth service flow during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service. Skills Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and food safety regulations. Experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering operations. Familiarity with bussing, food handling, and basic food preparation techniques. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings with a positive attitude. Basic understanding of kitchen operations including culinary processes and restaurant workflows. Excellent teamwork skills to support culinary staff during busy service periods.
