We are looking for someone who can handle a fast-paced restaurant environment, work efficiently under pressure, and consistently help keep the kitchen clean and organized. This position is essential to our daily operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen Assist with food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and ingredient prep Restock kitchen items and prep stations during shifts Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times Take out trash, sweep, mop, and support overall kitchen cleanliness Assist cooks and kitchen staff during busy service hours Qualifications Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Strong work ethic and teamwork skills Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical kitchen tasks Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required Schedule Must have availability to work evenings, weekends, and busy shifts as needed.
