Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and sanitation of dishes while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. This role is essential to ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service in a welcoming atmosphere. Duties wash plates and trays through dish machine wash dishes with 3 compartment sink Assist in food handling and food preparation tasks as needed. wiping down trays and restocking the line help put away orders when they are received Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods. making sure all dish machine are running with the correct chemicals Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and kitchen equipment is a plus. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team are essential qualities for success in this role.
