Dishwasher/Busser

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented dishwasher / busser to join our team! Our café specializes in Argentinian & European pastries and takes pride in serving top-quality coffee made with locally roasted beans . As a dishwasher / busser , you will be responsible for:

• Maintain a clean and organized aspect of the dining room by bussing and cleaning tables, maintain a clean floor, regularly clean the trash bins and refill the dining floor's side stations.
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers
• Keeping the workspace clean and organized , including equipment, utensils, and seating areas to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Keeping the china, silverware and glassware clean and restocked , including coffee mugs, pastry boards and any kitchen utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area , including sinks, counters and storage racks
• rewash if necessary.

Also, you will be expected to: Sweep and mop floors in the dining and kitchen areas as needed. Help maintain cleanliness in restrooms and common areas when necessary. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience. Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in similar positions is optional but a great plus. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
