At Willie's Hot Chicken we are looking for a dependable, hard-working team member to take on a combo role - part dishwasher, part chicken prep legend! If you like fast-paced work, staying busy, and being a behind the scenes hero, this gig is for you! What you'll do: Handle dishwashing like a champ - wash, rinse, sanitize, repeat. Cut and portion raw chicken to spec. Don't worry, we'll train you. Bread and prep chicken in our signature Willie's coating. Keep prep and dish areas clean, stocked, and safe. Jump in where needed to help keep the kitchen running smoothly. What we're looking for: Ages 18+ only Someone who is reliable, focused, and not afraid to get a little messy. Can lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time. Comfortable working with raw meat (gloves and guidance provided) Team player with good hustle and positive attitude.
