Dishwasher/Busser Kealakekua, Big Island Full-time $23 an hour A local health care facility is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join their Dietary Services team. This assignment is an ongoing temporary role with the possibility of becoming a permanent position in the future, and is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient food service environment in a fast-paced medical care facility. Hours Full-time, Various Shifts/Hours | Sunday to Saturday, 6:00am-2:30pm or 10:30am-7:00pm Location Kealakekua, Big Island Pay $23 an hour Responsibilities Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using dish machines and by hand. Clear and clean tables; wipe and reset dining areas. Sweep, mop, and clean kitchen and dining areas between meal services. Empty trash, break down boxes, and transport waste to the dumpster. Stock kitchen and dining supplies; assist with basic food prep as needed. Support kitchen staff by maintaining clean dishes and monitoring cleanliness and equipment. Qualifications Knowledge of health, sanitation, and safety guidelines. Minimum 6 months of recent and related work experience Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required. Ability to lift up to 75lbs and stand for an extended period of time. Pre-employment drug test and background check required. Must be able to obtain a TB card for health and safety compliance.
