Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a spotless and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and cookware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help keep our kitchen running smoothly, supporting chefs and food service staff in creating memorable meals. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations by regularly cleaning work areas, sinks, and dish racks Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables or organizing supplies when needed Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards in the kitchen Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes during busy service periods Adhere to sanitation guidelines and safety protocols at all times to promote a safe working environment Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or culinary environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting heavy trays or containers Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards Knowledge of basic food handling procedures and sanitation practices Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in fast-paced settings Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Prior experience with bussing, food preparation, or catering is a plus but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your dedication keeps our kitchens efficient and inviting!
