Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations by regularly cleaning work surfaces, sinks, and surrounding areas Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support culinary staff during busy service times Support catering events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to uphold health standards at all times Help with bussing tables and clearing plates in dining areas to ensure a clean environment for guests Collaborate with team members to ensure timely setup and breakdown of event spaces or dining areas Skills Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards Basic understanding of food service operations and kitchen workflows Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Experience in food handling, cleaning, or hospitality roles preferred but not required Knowledge of restaurant or hotel environments enhances performance in this role Good communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and servers effectively Willingness to learn new skills such as food preparation or catering support This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their culinary and hospitality skills while contributing to a vibrant team.
